Privacy Policy

AfterMe provides a digital-life continuity assessment and personalized risk report. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the assessment, purchase a report, or request delivery by email.

Information we process

We may process your email address, professional role, selected asset categories, assessment answers, optional report context, risk scores, language preference, campaign attribution, and technical event data. Gumroad handles checkout and payment details. AfterMe receives only the purchase information needed to verify access, such as purchase email, product ID, sale ID, and license status.

How information is used

Information is used to calculate scores, generate and deliver reports, verify purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, understand the assessment funnel, and improve the service. We do not sell assessment answers or payment information.

Service providers

AfterMe may use Vercel for hosting, Gumroad for checkout and purchase verification, OpenAI for report generation, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase or a configured webhook for durable record storage. These providers process data under their own terms and may operate in countries different from yours.

Do not submit secrets

Never enter passwords, seed phrases, private keys, recovery codes, full API keys, authentication tokens, or government identity numbers. The assessment is designed to understand whether recovery controls exist, not to collect the secrets themselves.

Browser storage and retention

Assessment progress and language preferences may be stored locally in your browser so you can continue after checkout. You can remove this data by clearing site storage. Server-side records are retained only as reasonably needed for report delivery, fraud prevention, support, service improvement, and legal or accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Contact founders@joinafterme.com and include the purchase email so the request can be matched safely. Some records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve transactions and disputes.
